“My now husband and I initially thought we could plan our wedding on our own. After a few months, we realized that was optimistic thinking. My husband asked me to find a planner, I had little luck. He gave a stab at it and found Shannon. Upon our first meeting with her we loved her professional, organized, yet laid back demeanor. I knew what I liked color wise, style and design but I have zero ability to make it flow. Shannon has a niche in it. I told her my colors pinned a few ideas I liked on Pinterest and said “Okay, have at it.” Everything Shannon did was exactly what I envisioned but better. She noticed details most don’t even think of. She was persistent with our very strict venue. Even having them accommodate our wishes in ways they said they couldn’t. She made sure my tiny details such as vents being freshly dusted to the sand not being walked on were covered. I love her so much I am still begging my husband to let me try and convince her to be a “life” planner. She has impeccable taste, she won’t take “no” for an answer from venues that are stubborn about rules that are against the bride and grooms wishes.

Shannon has become family and I was sad the wedding was over because now we don’t talk to her as much. However, we won’t let that last because we have already prepared her to get ready to plan any future upcoming big events for us.”

“Shannon was my wedding planner for my wedding I just had on September 1st. It was a destination wedding in Deer Valley Utah, and it was nothing short of exquisite. She did a wonderful job with helping us find local vendors and even some vendors we used/took to Deer Valley with us. Shannon helped with wedding planning and arranging appointments for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. Shannon was also very helpful the week of the wedding and the few days before the wedding and of course, the day of the wedding. She was in Deer Valley the whole weekend and made sure everything was done and set up perfectly. My Husband and I even took dance lessons before the wedding and she helped us find a great place to take them at.

We hired her in January and had monthly meetings (every three weeks) to stay on top of the planning process and to go over any questions we had. She was with us every step of the planning process and was always on top of everything. Highly recommend her!”

“I engaged Shannon as a part-time wedding planner because I was one of those people who didn’t think they really needed a wedding planner for my “small” 50+ person wedding, but I’m here to tell you that you do need a wedding planner. Very much so. Weddings are just different from any other events you may have planned and considering the importance of the day to your life, you really need to have an “expert” involved. Shannon did a great job of juggling the needs and opinions of all of those involved in planning (most of us control freaks) and never complained when we were suddenly dragging her in another direction. Any amount of money that you spend on a wedding planner is worth every penny during the days and hours leading up to your wedding when everything is happening fast and furious and all at once.
