  • Assist in design concept and color palette selection to bring your vision to life

  • Vendor referrals best suited to the Client’s style and budget including: Chair rental, Linen Rental, Lighting, Dance Floor, Lounge Furniture, Draping, Specialized Tabletop Settings, Photographers, Videographers, DJs, Bands, Stationers, Bakery, Transportation, Officiants, Hair and Make-up Artists, Tuxedos, Other design details, etc.

  • Note: SLW does not receive commissions for referrals – any discounts passed on to client.

  • Proof text for Save the Date Cards and Invites

  • Provide ideas for wedding favors and other gifting

  • Attend menu selection/ banquet set up meeting with Catering Manager and Client

  • Review all proposals and terms of vendor contracts

  • Create wedding day timeline detailing all activities associated with the final preparations and orchestration of your wedding day.

  • Final walk thru and detail meeting with client at venue. Discuss, refine and document each and every detail of your final wedding day plans and answer outstanding questions or concerns.

  • Review and proof Banquet Event Order provided by Catering Manager

  • Contact Vendors for arrival and end times, including strike time

  • Communicate venue’s policies and procedures for loading and unloading, set up and tear down

  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental pieces

  • Distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors at least 1 week before wedding date

  • Negotiate room blocks at various nearby hotels as needed

  • Attend ceremony rehearsal to assist Officiant in directing rehearsal

  • Attend and orchestrate the wedding day arriving no later than 3 hour prior to the ceremony start time (sooner if needed) thru the end of reception, as noted on the timeline, overseeing each detail for you.

  • Oversee ceremony setup in accordance with agreed upon floorplan /design

  • Communicate with DJ/Emcee on ceremony song selections and cueing bridal party for processional

  • Oversee reception setup in accordance with agreed upon floor plan/design

  • Attend sound check with band musicians/DJ/Emcee and review the sequence and timing of all events

  • Orchestrate your preview of the reception before the guests come into the area and have your photographer/cinematography document the setting before the guests arrive. Depends on venue and timeline.

  • Beautifully arrange set up of ceremony/reception accessories including programs, seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guest book, etc.

  • Work with band musicians/DJ to establish timing for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance

  • Provide client with marriage license information

  • Arrange for your gift transport to car or on-site hotel room – including personal items such as champagne flutes and cake knifes, etc.

  • Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Access to online planning tool

  • Includes 1-4 Assistants on wedding day, based on guest head count
