Summary of Services:

  • Two Meetings (a month to two months before the wedding) plus venue walk thru

  • Day of event management from setup to teardown / and Ceremony Rehearsal
  • Includes 1-4 Assistants day of based on guest count
  • Unlimited emails and phone calls during the 1-2 month period

Detailed List of Services:

  • Meeting 1 – Review all the vendor contracts provided by Client and produce a very detailed timeline of the wedding day
  • Meeting 2 – Final walk thru and detail meeting with client at venue. Discuss, refine and document each and every detail of your final wedding day plans and answer outstanding questions or concerns.

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls during the 1 to 2 month period
  • Review all the vendor contracts signed and executed by Client
  • Review and proof Banquet Event Order provided by Catering Manager
  • Contact Vendors for arrival and end times, including strike time
  • Communicate venue’s policies and procedures for loading and unloading, set up and tear down
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental pieces
  • Compile wedding day timeline detailing all activities associated with the final preparations and orchestration of your wedding day.
  • Distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors at least 1 week before wedding date
  • Negotiate additional room blocks at various nearby hotels as needed
  • Attend ceremony rehearsal to assist Officiant in directing rehearsal
  • Attend and orchestrate the wedding day arriving no later than 3 hour prior to the ceremony start time (sooner if needed) thru the end of reception, as noted on the timeline, overseeing each detail for you.
  • Oversee ceremony setup in accordance with agreed upon floor plan /design
  • Communicate with DJ/Emcee on ceremony song selections and cueing bridal party for processional
  • Oversee reception setup in accordance with agreed upon floor plan/design
  • Attend sound check with band musicians/DJ/Emcee and review the sequence and timing of all events
  • Orchestrate your preview of the reception before the guests come into the area and have your photographer/cinematography document the setting before the guests arrive. Depends on venue and timeline.
  • Beautifully arrange set up of ceremony/reception accessories including programs, seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guest book, etc.
  • Work with band musicians/DJ to establish timing for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance
  • Provide client with marriage license information
  • Arrange for your gift transport to car or on-site hotel room – including personal items such as champagne flutes and cake knifes, etc.
  • Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Access to online planning tool – begins when you sign the contract not just month of
  • Includes 1-4 Assistants on wedding day, based on guest head count
